All sales are final

Every Lanore piece is custom designed or made to order just for you. That includes engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry made in your size, and loose diamonds purchased for a custom design. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We'll always work with you to get every detail right before your piece goes into production.

Damaged or wrong item?

Check your order when it arrives and email info@lanorefinejewelry.com within 48 hours. We'll make it right.
