Taylor is the best. My fiance wanted an interesting, design-forward (but still classic) engagement ring, and Taylor helped me design it from the ground up. She helped me select the diamonds, and even made time for an in-person meeting to show me a variety of stones. We had countless phone and zoom calls to discuss the design. We exchanged a million versions of the design, and she was incredibly patient when I asked to complete started over and go a different direction. She was always available via text, even on her vacation. And she kept me updated throughout the process. The result was perfect. My fiance has consistently said it is the coolest ring she has ever seen. I catch her staring at it every day. And her friends and family were blown away. Highly recommend using Taylor. Wish I could give her six stars. Will 100% use her for any other custom jewelry.

LFJ is the best! I bought a tennis bracelet for my mom from Taylor and she was so wonderful to work with. I sent my brother to her for a gift for his wife, and will continue to send everybody I know to buy their jewelry from Taylor.
Bought my wife’s engagement ring through Lanore and we absolutely love it! Started with a stone that we adored and custom designed the ring from there. Her communication was always timely and the one time there was miscommunication, she offered to fix it for free (in the end, didn’t even need any alterations)! My wife still says how much she loves her ring on a regular basis!
